Delivery

Chambers Rosewood Vineyards use both Australia Post and Fastway to deliver our wines within Australia.  Australia Post and Fastway deliver Monday – Friday, during business hours only.  Please allow 3-10 working days for delivery of your order. All wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address within Australia, including post office boxes as an option.  Most of our customers provide us with instructions to leave the wine in a safe place, as this is the easiest way to ensure you get your wine on time.  If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions a card will be left in the post box or under your door, advising you to collect your wine at your local post office or Fastway depot.  Please note that we cannot accept instructions for a carrier to contact you prior to delivery.

We endeavour to dispatch all of our wine orders within 48 hours of the order being received and the payment details finalised.  In some instances, the dispatch time may be a little longer.  If there is a substantial delay in sending your order, we will let you know.
